I am constantly dealing with camera issue but this has me stumped.....I have been using this IPhone for more than a year and all of a sudden I cannot get a decent picture. I have checked the settings .....any suggestions out there?

Have you checked the lens area? Sometimes they can get filmy and blur your photos.
